Her approach is practical, patient, and grounded in real-life scenarios from the trades she knows best.

Community EducatorMarcos grew up in a family of builders and spent years working construction before transitioning into community education. He bridges the gap between financial concepts and the lived experience of workers who manage cash daily. His sessions are known for being direct, jargon-free, and deeply respectful of how participants already handle their money.
Valeria Soto
Program CoordinatorValeria coordinates the logistics and participant support for all workshop groups. She ensures that sessions are accessible — in terms of location, timing, and materials — for workers who have irregular schedules and can't always commit to fixed weekly appointments. She also handles participant follow-up between sessions.
